KETTLE LAKES PROVINCIAL PARK

At one time, Kettle Lakes Provincial Park had a tracked and groomed cross-country ski trail available to the public during the winter. Presently the trails are not always groomed but it is still a great place to ski.

It has gradual slopes but with enough interest to attract even the experienced cross country skier. There are trails measuring 3 km, 6km, and 9 km.

Kettle Lakes Provincial Park is located 37 km east of downtown Timmins with easy access to the parking lot where the trails starts. A warm-up shack is located part way around the trail system.
